1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site.

2. Services Offered
Saffas includes: Forum: Engage with fellow members in discussions.
Classifieds: Buy and sell items within the community.
Business Directory: List and discover businesses run by South African expats.

3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information in listings and posts.
Users are responsible for their interactions and transactions conducted through the Classifieds.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Code of Conduct and Forum Guidelines.

4. Fees
Saffas is a self-funded community project. Users have a limited number of free listings in the Classifieds and Business Directory. Additional listings and promotional placements may incur fees, which will be clearly stated on the site.

5. Content Ownership
All content posted by users remains their property, but by submitting content, you grant Saffas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.

6. Modification of Terms
Saffas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
Saffas is not responsible for any disputes or transactions that occur between users. All interactions are at the user’s own risk. Saffas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or its services.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saffas, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
