Saffas provides every South African in Portugal with a dedicated digital meeting point, where they can share experiences, tips, business ventures, and more with a potential audience of around 12500 expats locally, including viewers in South Africa and globally.

The key benefits of the website include a Forum, a centralized hub for discussions, a Business Directory to showcase your offering, and Classifieds.

Does my site registration allow access to the whole site?
Yes, it will allow you to use all aspects of the site.

Is the site free?
Yes! However in order to keep it operational, we need to pay associated costs, subsidised by optional paid features & advertising.

How many free listings are available?
1 Business Directory submission valid for 1 year.
7 Classified listings valid for 2 months each.

Does the site offer advanced Business Directory and Classifieds features?
Yes, in your dashboard, you can: Manage, edit & track your listings. Including their performance, how many times in total your listing was viewed (Views), how many different people viewed it (Unique Views), the viewers country & if it’s been shared. Additional features of the Business Directory include, allowing you to display your website address and linking to social media pages.

Can I list my business in the Directory and Classifieds?
The Classifieds is for non-commercial & commercial listings. However the Directory is a dedicated repository for businesses big & small, but you can showcase aspects of it in the Classifieds. Eg. Bus Directory: Jenna’s Dog Walking Service and in Classifieds / Pets: Need a trusted dog walker for your pooch?

Why does my listing not show up or change after creation or edits?
It takes a couple of minutes for listings to appear & changes to take effect.

What happens when one of my listings expire?
Select the listing in your dashboard, click Relist, select Top Up

My listing will expire soon, how do I prolong its life?
Select the listing in your dashboard, click Switch Plan, select Top Up

Do Boosts & Top Ups extend the listings life span?
Yes, the lifespan of the purchased plan will be added to the remaining lifespan of the listing.
